Rachel Parker is the Voice of the Child Foundations Lead at MCRI and Founder of Global Play Lab. She has 25 years' experience in international development and education research and specialises in playful learning and child-centred policy, research, and program design. Rachel has worked across 15 countries with organisations including UNICEF, UNESCO, and the LEGO Foundation on programs to enact and assess transformative, play-based learning.
