Kerrie O'Neill's experience with the early childhood sector spans over 30 years. She has worked as a kindergarten teacher, a director of an early learning centre, a trainer and assessor delivering the Certificate III and the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and as a tertiary level lecturer at Melbourne Polytechnic (formerly NMIT). Kerrie has worked for the Department of Education and Training in Victoria as both an Authorised Officer and as a Senior Policy Officer.
